CHAI HOPED

In October of 2020, HHP entered into a management agreement with CHAI HOPED to manage their six independent living homes in Baltimore City. These homes house residents with mental health challenges. HHP provides resident services, leasing and rent and maintenance support under this contract. This is the first work for HHP outside of Howard County.
