The Department of Community Resources and Services is having its annual coat drive and is very short of items for its October 16th, 2021 giveaway.
So through October 8th, DCRS is accepting new or clean and gently used women’s, men’s and children’s:
Winter coats
Hats
Gloves
Mittens
Scarves
Donations can be dropped off at the Multiservice Center, 9900 Washington Blvd., Suite 1 in Laurel every Monday, Wednesday and Friday (8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.) and Tuesday and Thursday (8:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.)
If you have coats you would like to donate, please let Jessica Harris know and she will pick up from your apartments and deliver to Multiservice Center before the deadline next week.
